When we start a discussion with authors they get an email. In that email is a footer with the workflow thread -->—

We wish to change this and add more info down below in order to make sure authors really login and not email us. Is there 1 specific file/template in the backend for this? I checked the forum but couldn’t find the answer I was looking for.

When it is a new discussion with authors, the link to which the reply points is being taken from the variable $submissionUrl (…/workflow/access/…) and if we click on it we are denied access: ‘You don’t currently have access to that stage of the workflow. Maybe it should be that, as this is a new discussion with the authors, the link should be taken from $authorSubmissionUrl (…/authorDashboard/submission/…).
