Editor's Account Equivalent to Journal Manager

Which version of OJS 3?
Role privileges are not equal in OJS 3.3.0.8.
The Administrator menu does not appear in the editor.

No update button for plugins

Hi all, The Administrator is the person who first installed OJS. When you create a new journal they’ll also be enrolled as Journal Manager. If you want to promote other users to being an Administrator, you’ll have to do that manually in the database. Regards, Alec Smecher Public Knowledge Project Team
