Editor decision with wrong sender

After upgrading from OJS v2 to v.3.2.1.4, an editor decision is shown with the wrong sender – the author instead of the editor – in Workflow > Review > Review Discussions panel. The same editor decision appears with empty sender (From: “” <>) in the Activity Log > History > View email. Could it be a manifestation of the following issue?

That patch (link) was applied to version 3.1.2-1. So my version, 3.2.1.4 (link), should be immune, I think.
