Hello,
On OJS 3.0.2.0, is there a way of changing the Publish Notify email notification that goes to all users, so that instead of triggering a generic notifications ('You have a new notification from XXX. A new Issue has been published), an email is sent out with an editable subject line and body containing the title and contents of the new issue?
Is this is something that can be done in the IssueGridHandler.inc.php file?
