I cannot find a way to edit the “About the Journal” in OJS 3.1.1.

I tried editing it via Masthead Settings and saved the changes, but the public facing page at the URL above doesn’t change. I tried clearing the cache, but it made no difference.
Any help would be appreciated.
is that a static page under Settings > Website > Navigation Menus?
and ping @asmecher, does the current navigation menu code allow users to create pages with paths that collide with the existing handlers? In this case “about”.
No, it is not a static page.
Are you sure, because even the breadcrumb is missing.

The contact page has a breadcrumb because it is a normal inbuilt OJS page that is created according to settings.
