Drop Down Menu is not working properly in backend. I am unable to see complete name of journals. Can you please help?

I think this is by design that it doesn’t show the full name of the journal. See here for an example:
If you are comfortable with modifying the CSS, I think that this display is just governed by the CSS rules in place for the display of that particular navigation, so you could modify the CSS to get something more to your liking - this might take a bit of tweaking though.
