Describe the issue or problem
I have a paper with 29 authors and a number of figures. I am trying to download all the figure files in one group. Is this possible?
Steps I took leading up to the issue
I searched for a “Download all files” button, but when I open the article, I don’t see that. I see a list of files. I see upload/select files, but I don’t see a way to download all the files.
What application are you using?
3.4.0.7
Looked for a support file for downloading files, but haven’t found one.

How are the figure files organized within the submission? At what stage of the workflow are you downloading them from (e.g. submission, production)?
are you seeing this download all files options, like this?

I would not download them until the paper goes to copyediting because I want the final versions after reviews and edits (we prepare our journal outside of OJS).
Images of what I see at the top of copyediting and at the bottom.
I don’t see a place where I can download all files as in your image of Submission.

Is there a way to download all the files in one step? That will bundle all the figures into a zipped file perhaps?
