On 2020-06-18 (about 6 month ago) I have upgraded my journal from 3.2.0.3 to 3.2.1.1. but since then download statistics of the pdfs decreased dramatically (approximately 95 percent). I checked the google the domain doesn’t get any penalty from them.
In this regard, I would like to know what would be the possibility of this problem and how we can solve the problem.
