I have a problem in the review when I want to continue the next stage, it keeps loading. Does anyone have the same problem and how to solve it?

If an operation doesn’t complete and you see a continuous loading, it is best to check your PHP error logs for relevant error log messages there; that might provide a more clearer indication of the issue. If you are unfamiliar with how to go about finding your PHP error log, I’d invite you to have a look at this post here: How do I find my PHP error log?
If you could check your error logs and report back on messages found there, that would be appreciated. Also, could you please, when posting on the forum, note your specific OJS version (e.g. 3.3.0-8)? As that will help will help others offer potential solutions.

for the ojs that I use version 3.2.1.4 which has an error log like the following
