Don't display images in XML JATS

When uploading JATS XML files along with their supplementary files (images), the images do not display when attempting to view the article.

I’m using OJS 3.3.0-15, php 7.4.33

Please see the screenshots. The images reference is highlighted but I don’t see anything.

Any clue? thanks for the help

Where are your images hosted on your server? Have you checked to see that they’re in a web-accessible location ?

Thank fou Roger for you reply, yes I checked the images, those are located in:

files\journals\1\articles\2

with other files such as PDF and XML

At Geneva we encountered this type of problem, and the behaviour was caused by the ‘IMAGE’ component, which had been removed on the journal configuration. My colleague documented the solution that works for us:
