DOIs problem in OJS 3.3.0.8

Hi All,

I try to deposit the article using CrossRef XML Export Plugin but face the following error.
Registration was not successful! The DOI registration server returned an error: ’ (401 Unauthorized)’.

I review the forum yet have not found an answer.
How can I solve that?
