DOI registration error

We have tried to register the journal for DOI but faced with the following error:

Element ‘{http://www.crossref.org/schema/4.3.6}journal_volume’: This element is not expected. Expected is one of ( {http://www.crossref.org/schema/4.3.6}contributors, {http://www.crossref.org/schema/4.3.6}publication_date ).

Would you please advise what we need to do.

Hi @rbabaei30,

Please tell a bit more:

  • which OJS version are you using
  • where did you get that error, in OJS or on the CrossRef
  • can you please attach the XML file for the CrossRef deposit

Hello
We just joined Crossref and dedicated a DOI to our articles.
We get such an error when we click on the DOI code of articles.
Please help me.
