DOI registration doesn't work

Hi all,
I’m trying to register DOIs but I get this error:

"The following error was returned by Crossref and contains details about the cause of the error:

(401 Unauthorized)"

Can you tell me where the problem could be?

Could you please indicate which version of OJS you’re using (e.g. 3.3.0-13)?

Hi @Fra04,

Thanks for including that. I can see others that have reported this error have noted that they remedied the issue by checking their Crossref credentials are configured properly, which you can do in Settings - Distribution - DOIs - Registration (you’ll have to have the Crossref plugin enabled in order for this work), and ensure that your credentials are entered properly there.
