Hi every one.
I´ve update the ojs version to 3.3.0.3 and when I access the page of previous editions, in a journal, the DOI link and the pdf button to download articles does not appear annymore (image 01 and image 02).
Only the pdf button to download the all edition is avaliable.
When I acess the article´s page, there was the download pdf button here too (image 03).
In older versions these buttons were avaliable.
I read some topic in the forum, but none matche with a solution for me.
He a example of a journal that´s ok (version 3.3.0.8): https://www.portaldeperiodicos.idp.edu.br/direitopublico/issue/view/275
Thanks all.

What application are you using?
I updated the ojs version: 3.1.2.1 > 3.2.0.0 > 3.3.0.3 (actual version)
PHP: PHP 7.3.13
MySQL: 8.0.25
@asmecher, would you have any ideas?
Thanks.
Have you made any changes to the journal components recently?
What do you see in the Galley tab on the article detail page in the editor panel?
I’m not entirely sure what might be causing this, but if you are also able to look at your PHP error log messages and report back on any messages from there, that might help.
> Have you made any changes to the journal components recently?
No. Just the version update.
> What do you see in the Galley tab on the article detail page in the editor panel?
That page?
A new edition has recently been published. Here the PDF file appears.
But, in older versions does not.
On the linux server the path to the file is different:
Here is from the new edition just published and it is working.

Here is from the old editions. There is a folder named submissions. And the pdf button doesn’t appear. I tried moving the pdf file to the root of the folder (articles/XXXX). But it did not work.

There are no errors in the log file. Because there is no call to the pdf file. Because there is no button to click.
Thanks!
The absence of “Picture 2” indicates a problem with the post as there are no files attached.
- Did there used to be a file present prior to the update?
If this issue is limited to only 3-5 articles, you can resolve it by reattaching the corresponding files to those articles. However, if a large number of articles are affected by this problem, it is crucial to address the issue by focusing on your backups.
Hello, kerimsarigul!

Yes, in previous editions there were pdf files attached.
Unfourtanelly, all the previous versions lost the link to the pdf fille. However the archives are in the linux server. It would be necessary attach them again.
I updated until the version 3.3.0.14 and nothing changed.
I noticed in version 3.3.0.4 the archives’s path is in table “files”. But in version 3.1.2.1 this table do not exist. There was that change.
Thanks!
