In my list of installed plugins, public identifier plugins I do not have DOI plugin and also in plugin gallery.
Whenever I download it from ojs-services.com and tried to install it, it does not installed.
Cloud please help me?

That website is not typically where plugins are downloaded from. We recommend that as much as possible you try to only download plugins from the plugin gallery as these have been screened and approved. Also, what specific version of OJS are you working with (e.g. 3.4.0-5)?
