DOAJ export does not work

Hi,
on my OJS 3.1.2.1 installation the DOAJ plugin does not work with the new API version of DOAJ. Is there a new version of the plugin available? I also get error messages when I export the XML and have "Validate XML … " checked. Because of that, I suppose the XML produced by the plugin will not work with manual upload to DOAJ.

There is a discussion on Github about this topic.
I applied the patch, and solved the problem.
But I deposit the metadata to DOAJ online, so I don’t know if it will fix the XML import/export method.
