Disable user comments in OJS 2.4?

Hi fellows,

Sorry in advance for the newbie question, but after half an hour without success it’s time to accept my own limitations. .-)

Simple question: Where I could disable article’s user comments in OJS 2.4?

Article comments can be turned on or off at the Journal level via:
User Home → Journal Manager → Reading Tools → Reading Tool Options → Add Comment
