Deleting an article from OJS 3 that is in Production

OJS 3.3.0.10

How can I delete an article that has the status of Production?

I have tried:

• Logging in as the author (This didn’t seem to work since the author was a ‘dummy’ author. I created a user account for them, but still did not see the ability to delete the article.)
• Added myself as an author (still couldn’t delete)
• Removed myself as an author and added myself as an editor (still couldn’t delete)

There are no submission files, and I also don’t see the option to archive the submission and then delete it.

1- Click the Submission Tab
2- Change decision
3- Decline submission
Declined submissions can be deleted from the archives
