I use ojs 3.1.1.4
I think its better when a user try to remove a submission, system do it as delete logically not physically
Because when a Site admin try to follow what happened for a submission, he couldn’t find any record in database that refer to this submission.
And i believe that its help to ojs will be more effective and up to date system.
