Describe the issue or problem
Default view for users and roles shows no users.
Steps I took leading up to the issue
For example:
- In OJS 3.4.0.9. in the the users and roles view, no users are shown when there are only a few users.
- The items per page dropdown box shows “NaN”.
- If your alter this box to 10 or any other number, the users will be shown.
- See error
