Description of issue or problem I’m having:
I debug the code version 3.3.0-8, so I would like to turn off caching function in ojs how can I do that?
Steps I took leading up to the issue:
With codes generated in cache directory I think it is hard to debug
What I tried to resolve the issue:

OJS 3.3.0-8

I am debugging on Windows using Phpstorm.
