DB Error: Duplicate entry '3486' for key 'PRIMARY'

Hi all, I want to integrate FB open graph tag to ojs and I found this plugin.

But, when I try to enable the plugin, I got error: DB Error: Duplicate entry ‘3486’ for key ‘PRIMARY’ ,
Does anyone use this plugin before? because I don’t know which code need to be adjust. Please tell me what can I do to prevent this error ?

I would suggest contacting the maintainer of that plugin; the best way is probably to file an issue in the repository.
