Db error - cant enrolled user in ojs 2.4.8.2 - 2.4.8.5

hello, i need help. i start from ojs version 2.4.8.2, i dont know why i cant Enroll a User from this Site in this Journal in every single journal, just come out with text DB Error: Commands out of sync; you can’t run this command now. From here i try to upgrade with hopefully it be right on the track. i upgrade to 2.4.8.5, why im not up to the latest version because my user is comfort with this old version and dont want to upgrade with the new one. after i finished the upgrade. it still not working. cant enrolled a user.

so what i need to repair this?
