Datepicker field in review form elements

Hi ,

I need to add a New item type (date picker) in the review form elements. similar to (Extended Text box ,Single Word box ) etc.
What are the files should i need to look.

As this is not a trivial change, and you will definitely need some PHP knowledge, try reading this answer: Where can I find? - #2 by beghelli

I am posting this because you will also need to change the form PHP class if you want to implement a new field, so it’s better to better understand the system as a whole.
