After upgrade 2.4.8 to 3.1.1 Export to Datacite display before registered Articles as Unregistered.
Its not a big Problem, all DOIs are working

Hmmm… This seems to be my fault :-\ Somehow I seem to have forgotten to update the changed status setting names in the DB…
