Description of issue or problem I’m having:

I’m trying to create a plugin to see the turnaround time or how much time spent in between workflow stages: submission, review, copyediting, and production. But I can’t seem to locate the database table and field when the copy editor clicks “Send to production” or when the production receives it.

Steps I took leading up to the issue:

I’ve manually inspected the database
