Me and my colleague are managers at a journal involved in OJS.
We suddenly unable to login.
the sites cannot be reached
Then we tried to update the version
But now the site is totally unaccessible on the intenet.
The error appeared:
A database error has occurred: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table ‘mohammed.email_templates_data’ doesn’t exist (SQL: UPDATE email_templates_data SET body=REPLACE(body, ‘{$submissionLayoutUrl}’, ‘{$submissionUrl}’))

*we did not use to update the journal system, since was created before 2 years.

Can you please include the specific version that you’re using (e.g. 3.3.0-8)?
Additionally, do you have access to your PHP error logs and can post relevant output from there?

Yes, I could get it , it is:
3.1.2.2
And yes I could access to php errors.
Okay. Could you post relevant php error log messages here, please? They usually contain helpful messages that can indicate where the problem is.
And, FYI: 3.1 is outdated and no longer supported, so I would recommend that you upgrade to a more recent version of OJS.
