Database convert: MyIsam to InnoDB

Hello !

I have OJS 2.4 running and need migrate to a new database server, running Perconna cluster. The actual DB works with MyIsam Engine in MariaDB, and the question is: I can convert from MyIsam to InnoDB ? The MyIsam engine is an essential requirement? No data loss ? Must works without any problem ?
