Hello, I am currently using OJS 2.4.8.3. The current article data of my website cannot be written into the metrics table in the database, resulting in the number of views and downloads of the article being displayed as 0 on the web page, but the article content can be displayed on the web page. Now I want to ask you how to check this part of the code. Thank you so much for any help. I will try any suggestions.

The version of OJS that you’re using is no longer maintained or supported by PKP. I recommend that you upgrade to the newest version of OJS. However, other community members may wish to offer assistance with your question.
