Hi. We use version 3.0 of the OJS for the management of our magazine. Since its installation it has been working very well; however, a few weeks ago the magazine’s hosting was hacked. The Site Administrator of the portal was able to raise it again and make the all issues visible. But now the authors cannot enter to their tasks or submissions and I cannot access any of the functions as Journal Manager because when I try the dashboard is not activated and the load icon appears turning indefinitely.

Check your PHP error log for details.
How was the system hacked? If you haven’t taken steps to prevent the same thing from happening again, it likely will.

Also, please check error console to check does any spam process intercept loading with spam links.
