Custom Block disappears when the language is changed

I’m using the version of ojs 3.1 and I have a problem with the side menu
In the Spanish language I can place new blocks but when I change to English these disappear

Do you have information for Custom block written in both languages?

Yes, they are available in both languages

Can you post screen in admin part in which you define blocks in sidebar?

I already solved it, I had the block disabled

Hi! I have the same problem. When I post the block in one language, it appears on place. As soon as I post it in other language, the first one disappears and the second one appears in place. Can you help?
The blocks are enabled in all languages, I checked it.
