We installed version OJS 3.3.0.3 and we are having a curious problem in the submission of articles.
Effectively, it is possible to fill all the boxes, however, it is not possible to upload the file.
We try to do it by the editor after the submission without file and a message appears that the HTML has failed. Not even in the submission of the authors. It simply carries ad eternum.
