Tengo un problema, cuando se publica un numero, ojs envía correos vacíos a los autores.
Traté de revisar las plantillas pero no sé cuál es la que se emplea para estos casos y poder revisar.

Have you checked whether your email templates for the specific language are not empty? You can check it via:
Dashboard > Workflow > Emails > Email templates (see the image below)
Please, find the “PUBLISH_NOTIFY” and double check it has the content and variables to every language in your journal.

Thank you very much for your answer, I solved the problem with your answer. however when I checked the template it was fine. anyway i restored the template and it worked.
