Hi! We have a website that works both in Ukrainian and Russian languages. But the journal also accepts papers in Russian.
There is a paper. Language of submission - Russian. Metadata filled in in Russian and Ukrainian languages. PDF file is attached in Russian.
The other papers in the issue are in Ukrainian or English and metadata is filled in two languages: English and Ukrainian.
When I try to export XML for Crossref, it shows blank title tag for paper in Russian:
Abstract tag is completely non-existant in XML for papers in Russian.
XML for papers in Ukrainian and English works fine.
Do you have any suggestions what can be the reasons for this issue and how to solve it?
