CrossRef Plugin Submission Error for OJS 3.1.1

Hi,

I am using OJS 3.1.1, and suddenly I started to receive the following error when I submit DOIs manually.

I am not sure if this is a server-related issue.
Is there any idea about the possible source of this issue ?

Hello @zaratushtra!

First, I recommend that you check your Crossref login credentials to make sure they are entered correctly.

We are still investigating with Crossref, but it appears that they may have dropped support for the API endpoint which was used up until OJS 3.1.2. This same endpoint was used in all OJS 2.x Crossref submissions, and in early OJS 3.x code, including 3.0.2.0. In an open ticket with Crossref, their support reports that you should still be able to download the XML export from OJS and upload that manually. It may be that you will need to upgrade your OJS to a higher version.

My login credentials are correct. But it seems like the thread you have referred to is exactly the problem I am facing now.
