  1. What version of OJS are you using?
  2. What is the Family Name of each author in the submission you are trying to deposit?

Hi @NateWr,

My problem is solved now after put the family name in contributor list.

The text fill for family name is not required but it need to fill to deposit assigned DOIs automatically to CrossRef using CrossRef XML Export Plugin.

Regard,
Ikram

Uso a Versão: OJS 3.3.0.5
Estou com o mesmo problema, quando você se refere em colocar os sobrenomes na lista de contribuidores é nos metadados que os autores preenchem?
