Hello,
why we don’t find the crossref manager plugin in the plugin gallery (for OJS 3.4.0.9) ? is there another way to register DOIs with Crossref. (I already have a crossref valid credentials and prefix)

There were changes introduced in version 3.4 that brought DOI management into the core application. You can learn about that here: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/learning-ojs/3.4/en/about-ojs#persistent-identifiers

thank you for the answer, but why I don’t have registration agency list in the registration tab in distribution setting ? is there something to do in the configuration or a problem in this version of OJS (3.4.0.9)

in the plugin Gallery, I have just the “Crossref Reference Linking Plugin” and “Scopus/Crossref Citations Plugin”
the “Crossref manager plugin” mentioned in the documentation is not available.

Strange - I can see it in the version of 3.4 that I tested. If you can’t see it among the installed plugins or the plugin gallery (from which it should be visible), as a next step I would check your PHP error logs to see if there are error messages there.
