Looking for the link to the latest release of the OJS “Crossref Manager Plugin” .tar.gz file.

It is not clear if it is listed here: PKP Plugins page: PKP Plugins List

Was able to locate the related “Crossref Reference Linking” plugin on this page.

Do you mean this plugin: GitHub - pkp/crossref-ojs: A Crossref plugin for OJS. ?

I couldn’t find a reference to a “Crossref Manager Plugin” searching accross Github, where I would expect to find it.
