Crossref export plugin issue!

Please tell us what happens and what you expected to happen.

I tried to export xml which I would manually upload to crossref, but I got the following error message:

The webpage at https://nigeriandentaljournal.ng/index.php/ndj/management/importexport/plugin/CrossRefExportPlugin/exportSubmissions could not be loaded because:

net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

Steps I took leading up to the issue
For example:

  1. Go to ‘…’
  2. Click on ‘…’
  3. Scroll down to ‘…’
  4. See error

What application are you using?
For example, OJS 3.3.0-4

Hi @sonwhator,

This error net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE suggests that you should look at your PHP error log - are you able to do that and report back on what you find there?

Our journal manager/software engineer solved the problem. He upgraded our ojs to the latest version and boom :boom: Problem solved!!
