Our cover page images suddenly disappeared from view (see screenshot). We are on 3.1.2.4 and are using the default theme. Interestingly, two out of dozens of covers still show, but most are not. What should we do?

Are you perhaps using two languages and have cover images for one language only?

Turns out, in preparation for an upgrade, I moved the Public folder to a new location, instead of copying it 
Moved it back → crisis averted.
