Could not save the changes in the "Journal Settings" page

I use the JOS3.1.00. It works well and currently I could not save the changes in the “Journal Settings” page. Do some one have suggestions?

Hi @tan1,

Thank you for your question. Could you please provide more details in to your problem? Were there any recent updates or changes done to your site?

Dear pmangahis:

No recent activities have been taken. Only the “masthead” page under the “journal settings” could not save the changes and other sites work perfect. I contact my server and they said that the problem is PKP. Could you help me solve this problem as soon as possible?

Thanks

Tan

Hi @tan1,

Probably, the best way would be update OJS to the latest release - 3.1.2-1. Don’t forget to make a backup of the database, files folder and the webroot of OJS (just in case). If the problem persist, you can look at PHP logs for errors.

Bump on an old topic. Facing exact same issue. Created an issue here but still trying to resolve it. Have the recent ojs version.

Hi, the same problem i have, after updating to the most recent version of the OJS (Current version: 3.2.0.1 (April 3, 2020 - 12:22), when trying to save the changes in any data in the configuration, eg: In Magazine settings, the editorial team, and Select the save button, this will always hang around hanging.

Hi @Yra_Rojas,

Check your PHP error log for details.

at journal settings, “masthead” facing same problem.

When I save the changes, it scrolls, not saving the page, while the other tab in the same page functions well.

Please suggest
