Could not copy plugin to desination!

Hi, I am trying to download plugins from the gallery and I get this message: Could not copy plugin to desination!

I am trying OJS version 3.3.0-13. My CLI configuration in config.inc.php is:

; certain plug-ins or advanced program features.

; Using full paths to the binaries is recommended.

; tar (used in backup plugin, translation packaging)
tar = /bin/tar

How do I locate the correct destination?

You need to give temporarily write permission for the Apache user to the corresponding plugin directory. E.g. if the plugin is a generic, give write permission to [ojs_root_directory]/plugins/generic
