Copyedited file not opening

I have created copyedited file after reviewers evaluation and send to production with e-mail notifications for all authors. I want the authors to see the copyedited file and maybe make some corrections.

E-mail includes submission link but it doesn’t open. For example this is link for copyedited file.
Submission URL: https://www.dental-research.com/index.php/idr/authorDashboard/submission/111

When the author click they get this message:

You do not currently have sufficient privileges to view the submission. Please edit your profile to ensure that you have been granted the appropriate roles under “Register As”.

How can I solve this problem and provide they can see the copyedited file?

Please check in /users/Roles does author have access to all workflow stages like on image below:

I have checked, but I think it occurs from different reason.

Please post your php error log here so we can investigate issue.
