Describe the issue or problem
Im using OJS 3.2.1.2 and after upload my OJS to web hosting. On menu contributor i cant unchecklist it . Any help ?

Steps I took leading up to the issue
I m searching on pkp-lib but not yet found for my problem

Hello @henry49 !! Welcome to the forum

One quick question… are you trying to uncheck the item by clicking on it or by editing the contributor, unchecking the “Principal contact for editorial correspondence.” option and saving it?

Yes, any help ? im newbie using OJS system. So i dont really understand how to manage my OJS properly.

Hello again …

If I am not mistaken, you cannot ‘uncheck’ it from there … you have to click the little triangle at the start of the row and then click o “Edit”

Then, you can uncheck the Principal contact for editorial correspondence. option from the Contributor settings
