Soy el administrador del OJS de la Revista Mexicana de Ciencias Forestales, actualmente tenemos algunas intromisiones en nuestro portal, los encargados del área de sistemas me indican que hay restricciones en los archivos públicos y archivos, sin embargo al cambiar los privilegios ya no hay más subir los escritos a los autores. Por los cuales me gustaría saber que son los permisos adecuados para esos directorios y sus subdirectorios.

However, do your best to protect server. From my experience I can tell that you should avoid installing any other application on that server which can have security holes.
There are some posts this issue on forum. Please use Search option and you will find sufficient information.
