Clarification of wording: "done" "weeks" "latest" and "active"

Hello,
I am helping the editorial team of a new journal. We were curious as to whether any more experienced users could clarify the headings “done” “weeks” “latest” and “active”.

I found the following explanation:

Weeks refers to average period of time to complete a review
Latest is date of most recently accepted review.
Active is how many reviews are currently being considered or underway.

So for weeks is an average calculated based on all completed reviews? i.e. adding together the total reviews and then total weeks to complete reviews and dividing total weeks by total reviews

Latest - I think this we understand.

Active - the total number of reviews in a reviewer’s possession not yet completed

Done - does this mean total reviews completed in the history of that reviewer’s relationship with the journal?

Thanks for your help!

Hi @lbalser,

It sounds like you’re asking about OJS. What version are you using? (Please include this information in your posts.)
