Clarification for APA Format for new version of Ojs 3.4.0-6

Good Day Everyone;

I noticed that in the version of OJS (Open Journal Systems) using the Citation Style Language (CSL), I am confused because the version of APA (American Psychological Association) style displayed on the website is not in the correct format for APA.

The 7th edition of APA is shown below.

Edwards, A. A., Steacy, L. M., Siegelman, N., Rigobon, V. M., Kearns, D. M., Rueckl, J. G., & Compton, D. L. (2022). Unpacking the unique relationship between set for variability and word reading development: Examining word- and child-level predictors of performance. Journal of Educational Psychology, 114(6), 1242–1256. https://doi.org/10.1037/edu0000696

Kindly enlighten me this,

Best Regards,

Darryl

Hi @OJS_Darryl,

For modifying the details of citation styles, please see this post here:

@OJS_Darryl Have you selected the author role in the plugin settings, under Website > Plugins > Citation Style Language > Settings? There should be a checkbox to confirm the author role - if that is not selected, then the author may not appear.
