Check plugin fail

Description of issue or problem I’m having:
hello.

I was activating a plugin (theme), but it didn’t activate properly and now I get this error.

**Warning**: assert(): assert(is_a($plugin, $classToCheck ?: 'Plugin')) failed in **.../lib/pkp/classes/plugins/PluginRegistry.inc.php** on line **242**

The problem is that the plugin gallery does not load, it keeps trying to load so I cannot try to activate or deactivate the plugin with the problem. I already deleted it from the folder, I already emptied the cache, etc. and nothing.

maybe some records need to be deleted in the database, but I don’t have access to it. I wish there was another way to fix it

I deactivated debug in config.inc and the plugins are already loaded, so I could already activate and deactivate plugins, but if I activate the debug, the same thing happens again that the plugins do not load
