Changing the first day of the week in the calendar

Currently, the date fields show the calendar, in which the week start is set to Sunday. However, the week start is Monday according to ISO 8601, and to my country’s locale. How do I change the week start in the calendar?

I’m using OJS 3.4.0.5.
