Changing language of the submission (OJS 3.3.0-14)

I`ve a question about how to change the language of the text submission when the author made a mistake.
There used to be such an option, and in the latest versions of the system it has been removed.
The problem is seen when exporting metadata (for example, DOAJ) when the wrong language appears in the language tag. Editors do not have the ability to modify it.
Correcting from the database is not very professional.

Hi @karwas,

I was able to do this across multiple languages for a submission in OJS 3.3.0-14 in the publication tab for the submission (changing the article metadata as well as the galley labels). Are you able to share an example, like a screenshot? I’m not sure I quite understand what you mean.

Below are the screenshots:

  1. During the submission, I selected Polish
  2. During PDF upload (galley) - I selected (changed) to English
  3. In the submissions table still locale is pl_PL
  4. Metadata to DOAJ export with language-pol
